May Lee - KSI People Solutions Director
“I am passionate about building trusting cultures with leaders who are authentic and care. Through positive psychology I work with organisations, leaders, teams and individuals to help create the optimal environment to thrive.”
I am an internationally experienced culture and leadership facilitator with a Masters in Occupational Psychology. With over 20 years HR experience in strategic and operational roles, I specialise in complex change and have led restructures, international acquisitions, divestments and mergers across multiple regions.
In 2005, I set up KSI People Solutions (UK) and established a team of senior HR specialists working onsite and on projects in culture and change across airlines, financial, telecommunications, and professional services in the UK, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
At the time of the GFC, I moved to Singapore to take up a senior position with a leading global consultancy specialising in employee engagement and talent strategy. More recently, I returned to Melbourne to consult in the specialist area of engagement, trust and organisational culture diagnostics.
I hold a Masters in Occupational Psychology (Distinction) from London, Chartered Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a Graduate Member of British Psychology Society. My decision to re-establish KSI People Solutions (Australia) allows me to pursue my passion to help people and organisations develop the right environment for empowerment. With a growth mindset, I believe in trusted partnerships and am affiliated with select consultancies to give our clients the ‘best of breed’ offerings.
